摘　　要：西部原油及成品油管道自投产运行至今近15年,受输送油品物性、工艺运行参数、管道运行方式、设备联锁保护参数等因素的影响,需要对原油及成品油管道的部分站内工艺进行设计优化。结果表明,压力开关更换成带冗余的压力变送器,可提高仪表使用的安全性能,减少因仪表故障导致的事故发生;水击泄压阀保护程序优化后,可有效避免泄压罐溢罐事故,减轻了因泄压阀故障导致的管道停输损失;出站调节阀选择性保护调节优化,提高了调节系统的有效性,避免了因仪表安全失效导致调节阀相关系统误动作。优化后的站内工艺能够更加适应今后的输油调度操作,同时对其他类似长输管道的工艺优化具有借鉴和参考作用。The West Crude Oil and Product pipelines have been in operation for nearly 15 years since they were put into operation.Due to the influence of changing factors such as the physical properties of transmission oil,process operating parameters,pipeline operating modes,and interlock protection parameters of equipment,parts of the crude oil and oil product pipelines require process design optimization in station.The results show that replacing the pressure switch with a redundant pressure transmitter can improve the safety performance of the instrument and reduce the occurrence of accidents caused by instrument failure.Optimizing the protection program of the water hammer relief valve can effectively avoid the oil spill accident of relief tank and reduce the pipeline shutdown loss caused by the failure of the pressure relief valve.Optimizing the selective protection and adjustment of the outbound regulating valve can improve the effectiveness of the control system and avoid the malfunction of the regulating valve by instrument safety failure.The optimized process can be more suitable for oil dispatching in future.Meanwhile,it can be used as a reference for the process optimization of other similar long-distance pipelines.
