摘 要:随着长庆油田某外输系统的持续运行,管输系统设备老化,原油物性状态变化以及油田产量动态递增,使得各设备能耗升高,管道运行的安全性也难以保障。针对此类问题建立了适用于长庆油田某外输系统管道的热力、水力数学模型,结合原油物性参数、管道基础信息数据及管道运行历史数据,对热力、水力数学模型进行线性回归并修正,以满足工程实际应用条件。以外输系统总能耗费用为优化目标,采用二级递阶优化思想,确定使管输系统能耗费用最低的加热炉、外输泵组合方式及其生产运行参数,从而制定优化运行方案。With the continuous operation of an export system in Changqing Oilfield,the aging of pipeline system equipment,changes in the physical property state of crude oil,and the dynamic increase of oilfield production,the energy consumption of each equipment increases,and the safety of pipeline operation becomes more difficult to guarantee.In view of the above problems,the thermal and hydraulic mathematical models suitable for the pipeline of an export system in Changqing Oilfield are established.Combined with the physical parameters of crude oil,basic information data of pipeline and historical data of pipeline operation,the thermal and hydraulic mathematical models are linear regressed and modified to meet the practical application conditions of the project.The total energy consumption cost of the export system is taken as the optimization objective.In order to minimize the energy consumption of pipeline transportation system,the two-level hierarchical optimization idea is adopted to determine the combination mode of heating furnace,export pump and production operation parameters,thus the optimized operation scheme is formulated.
