摘  要:稠油油田具有原油密度高、黏度大、SRB(硫酸盐还原菌)含量高的特点,而稠油采出水具有含泥量大、处理成本高的缺点。为验证成套极化水处理装置物理法处理的优势,在胜利油田陈南联合站设置五种极端异常生产情况进行现场试验。试用该装置后,采出水含油浓度稳定在0.5~4.3 mg/L、悬浮物浓度在1.2~3.02 mg/L之间,试验效果良好。采用物理法处理含油采出水可以减少污泥的产生与处理费用,且装置高度集成,可为油田偏远区块采出液就地处理回注提供参考。Heavy oil fields have the characteristics of high density of crude oil,high viscosity and high SRB(Sulfate reducing bacteria)content.The produced water of heavy oil field has the disadvantages of large mud content and high treatment cost.In order to verify the advantages of physical method treatment of the complete set polarized water treatment equipment,five extreme abnormal production conditions are set up in Chennan United Station of Shengli Oilfield for on-site verification.The oil content of produced water is stable between 0.5~4.3 mg/L and suspended matter content between 1.2~3.02 mg/L after using the equipment,the test results are good.The physical method treatment of produced water with oil can reduce sludge generation and treatment cost,and the device is highly integrated,which can provide a reference for on-site treatment and reinjection of produced fluid in remote areas of oil field.
