摘　　要：超声高频集成技术集合了高频电刀和超声刀的功能,充分实现了精细游离与大血管凝闭(直径5~7 mm)功能整合,在临床外科手术中发挥巨大的作用。本文主要对超声高频集成技术的优势、临床应用价值及在临床实践中存在的问题进行文献综述和讨论,该新技术在各种腔镜手术中都能提供更加精确、有效的切割,更高效的止血效果,在多种外科手术中使用效果优异,并具有良好的经济效益;针对其市场价格远高于收费标准等问题,建议政府采取集中招采,降低价格,或者推行除外收费,为新技术的推广提供有利条件。The ultrasonic high-frequency integration technology integrates the functions of high-frequency electrotome and ultrasonic scalpel.It fully realizes the functional integration of fine,free,and large vessel coagulation(diameter 5~7 mm),and plays a great role in clinical surgery.In this paper,we will review and discuss the advantages,clinical application value,and problems in the clinical practice of ultrasonic high-frequency integration technology.The technology can provide accurate,effective cutting and more efficient hemostasis effect in various endoscopic surgeries.It also has good economic benefits.In view of the problem that the market price is far higher than the charging standard,and as a result the government should adopt centralized bidding and purchase,reduce the price,or implement the exclusive charging to provide favorable conditions for the promotion of new technology.
