摘　　要：近年来,随着我国居民心血管疾病的发病率及死亡率不断升高,以及互联网、云技术、人工智能等先进科技的快速发展,心电图机已经趋向于便携型、家用型、人工智能化。本文介绍了心电图机的发展进程和目前具有代表性的便携式手机心电图机,综述其信号传导和处理等核心技术,并对其在心脏急救和传染病隔离的应用做了描述。手机心电图机具有家庭化、个体化、及时、傻瓜式、连续检测的功能,可为人工智能大环境下智慧医疗提供重要载体和科技手段。其隔离式应用也对新型冠状病毒肺炎方舱医院的监护设备有了新的启发。In recent years,with the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular diseases increasing in China,and the rapid development of advanced technology such as Internet,cloud technology and artificial intelligence,electrocardiogram has tended to be portable,household and artificial intelligence.This article introduced the development process of electrocardiograph and the representative portable mobile electrocardiograph,summarized its core technologies such as signal conduction and processing,and described its application in cardiac emergency and isolation of infectious diseases.Mobile electrocardiograph has the functions of family,individual,timely,maneuverable and continuous detection,which can provide important carriers and scientific and technological means for intelligent medical treatment in the environment of artificial intelligence.Its isolated application also has new inspiration for the monitoring equipment of mobile cabin hospitals with COVID-19.
