摘  要:电阻抗断层成像是近几年发展起来的一门新兴成像技术,具有无创性、无辐射性、灵活性、低成本、操作简单等突出优势。本文主要阐述了电阻抗断层成像的发展、基本原理以及在呼吸系统疾病的应用进展,针对急性呼吸窘迫综合征、肺栓塞、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺动脉高压和肺炎的临床应用进行介绍,有助于临床医生掌握该技术的应用进展,从而根据疾病情况适时地采用电阻抗成像技术,对疾病作出实时评估,提高临床医生的工作效率,促进医疗水平的进一步提高。Electrical impedance tomography(EIT)is a new imaging technology developed in recent years,which has the advantages of noninvasiveness,non-radiation,flexibility,low cost and simplicity of operator.This paper mainly expounded the research status,basic principle and application progress of EIT in respiratory diseases,and introduced the clinical applications of EIT in acute respiratory distress syndrome,pulmonary embolism,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary hypertension and pneumonia,which is helpful for clinical doctors to grasp the application progress of this technology,so as to use EIT timely according to the disease situation,and give real-time assessment of disease.EIT can improve the work efficiency of clinicians and promote the further improvement of medical level.
