摘　　要：彩超是一种安全、成像快速、诊断价值极高的医疗仪器,在临床使用中具有很高的社会效益和经济效益,因其结构复杂、精密度高,在使用过程中不可避免的会发生各种各样的故障。本文分析了GE 730彩超的基本结构,通过两个故障案例,详细阐述了故障的判断依据以及具体的维修方法。通过实际电路板反画出电路原理图,再进行电路分析和设备的检测以确定故障元器件,最终更换电子元件完成维修。该维修方法能够实现最低的维修成本,为医院节省大量的维修开支,提升临床工程师的职业价值。Color doppler ultrasound equipment is a kind of medical instrument with safety,fast imaging and high diagnostic value,which has a high social and economic benefits in clinical use.Due to its complex structure and high precision,various failures will inevitably occur in the process of use.In this paper,the basic structure of GE 730 color doppler ultrasound was analyzed.And the fault judgment basis and the specific repair method ware expounded in detail through two fault cases.The circuit schematic diagram was drawn by the actual circuit board,and then the circuit analysis and detection were carried out to determine the fault components,and finally the maintenance was completed by replacing the electronic components.This maintenance method can achieve the lowest maintenance cost,save a lot of maintenance expenses for hospitals,and enhance the professional value of clinical engineers.
