摘　　要：目的:了解助理护士职业价值与社会支持的状况,探讨助理护士职业价值观与社会支持的相关性,为护理管理者对助理护士进行规范化管理提供参考。方法:采用职业价值观量表(Nursing Professional Values Scales-Revised,NPVS-R)和社会支持评定量表(Social Support Rate Scale,SSRS)对湖南省某三级甲等医院的120名助理护理人员进行问卷调查。结果:120名助理护士的职业价值观得分为(95.17±18.77)分,处于中等水平;社会支持得分为(36.98±7.57)分,低于中国护士常模得分;助理护士职业价值观和社会支持呈正相关(r=0.323,P<0.05)。结论:提高社会支持度有利于改善助理护士职业价值观,调动其工作的积极性,提高护理服务质量,优化护理服务。Objective:To understand the status of assistant nurses′professional value and social support,to explore the correlation between assistant nurses′professional values and social support,and to provide the references for nursing managers to standardize the management of assistant nurses.Methods:A total of 120 assistant nurses in a third-class A level hospital in Hunan province were surveyed by the Nursing Professional Values Scales-Revised(NPVS-R)and the Social Support Rate Scale(SSRS).Results:The score of 120 assistant nurses′professional values was(95.17±18.77),which was at a medium level.The score of social support was(36.98±7.57),which was lower than the norm score of Chinese nurses.The assistant nurses′professional values and social support were positively correlated(r=0.323,P<0.05).Conclusions:Improving the social support is conducive to improving the professional values of assistant nurses,mobilizing their enthusiasm for work,improving the quality of nursing services,and optimizing nursing services.
