摘 要:目前,临床对成分输血的需求越来越大,而无论是制备浓缩红细胞还是单采血小板,均主要采用白细胞滤器。白细胞滤器可使成分血中的绝大部分白细胞被阻隔在滤器内而被清除,并且最终白细胞滤器通常也作为生物垃圾被处理。然而,白细胞滤器中的白细胞是可供基础研究和临床应用的细胞资源,并且逐步获得相关研究者的关注。笔者拟就白细胞滤器中白细胞的回收方法、细胞活性及生物学特点等进行介绍,旨在为促进白细胞滤器中白细胞的再利用,以及白细胞滤器回收所得白细胞的科研和临床应用提供理论基础。At present,blood component transfusion is increasingly prevalent in clinical practice.Concentrated red blood cells or apheresis platelets are mainly prepared through leukocyte filters in which the majority of leukocytes are sequestered.Those used filters subsequently undergo a waste-processing procedure as biological wastes.However,leukocytes in leukocyte filters could be important cell resources for basic research and clinical applications,and has drawn much attention in the field.This article reviews on literatures discussing recovery methods of leukocytes in leukocyte filters,cell viability and biological characteristics of the harvested cells,in order to advocate the reuse of leukocytes harvested from leukocyte filters,and to provide a theoretical basis for scientific research and clinical applications of leukocytes recovered from leukocyte filters.
