摘 要:本试验采用田间种植的方法,通过调查田间白粉病防效和黄瓜品质指标,筛选在赤峰地区采用生物农药防治黄瓜白粉病的最适稀释浓度。结果表明:不同浓度生物农药处理均可降低黄瓜白粉病的病情指数和田间发病率,其中,稀释67倍和稀释40倍时防治效果较佳,分别达到23.66%和25.23%,与其他处理差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);不同浓度生物农药处理均对黄瓜品质有一定影响,稀释67倍时黄瓜单瓜重、可溶性固形物含量和可溶性蛋白质含量均达到最大值,分别为0.23 kg、3.61%、2.63 mg/g。因此,稀释67倍为本试验筛选的生物农药最适稀释浓度,可用于赤峰地区黄瓜白粉病的田间防治。In this experiment,the optimal dilution concentration of biological pesticide for the control of cucumber powdery mildew in Chifeng area was selected by adopting the method of field planting and investigating the control effect of cucumber powdery mildew in field and cucumber quality.The results showed that different concentrations of biological pesticide could reduce the disease index and field incidence of cucumber powdery mildew,and the control effect was better when diluted 67,40 times,reaching 23.66%and 25.23%,respectively,which was significantly different from other treatments(P<0.05).Different concentrations of biological pesticide had certain effects on cucumber quality.The cucumber weight,soluble solid content and soluble protein content reached the maximum values at 67 times dilution,which were 0.23 kg,3.61%and 2.63 mg/g,respectively.Therefore,67 times dilution is the optimal concentration of biological pesticide screened in this experiment,which could be used for the field control of cucumber powdery mildew in Chifeng area.
