摘 要:利用不同浓度的氯化钙(CaCl_(2))、5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)及亚精胺(Spd)对大叶榉树种子进行浸泡,分析150 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下大叶榉树种子的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数,找出提高大叶榉树种子发芽率的最佳浓度配比。结果表明:150 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,大叶榉树种子的各项发芽指标均显著下降;适宜浓度的外源物质浸种处理均可显著提高大叶榉树种子的发芽率及发芽势,CaCl_(2)、ALA和Spd的最适浸种浓度分别为20.0 mmol/L、20.0 mg/L和2.5 mmol/L;采用20.0 mmol/L CaCl_(2)、20.0 mg/L ALA和5.0 mmol/L Spd混合浸种,大叶榉树种子萌发效果最好,显著优于各单剂处理。The seeds of Zelkova schneideriana were soaked with different concentrations of calcium chloride(CaCl_(2)),5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA)and spermidine(Spd),so as to analyze the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of Z.schneideriana seeds under the stress of 150 mmol/L NaCl,and find out the best concentration ratio to improve the germination rate of Z.schneideriana seeds.The results showed that under 150 mmol/L NaCl stress,the germinating indexes of Z.schneideriana seeds decreased significantly.The germination rate and germination energy of Z.schneideriana seeds were significantly increased by soaking the seeds with appropriate concentrations of exogenous substances.The optimal soaking concentrations of CaCl_(2),ALA and Spd were 20.0 mmol/L,20.0 mg/L and 2.5 mmol/L,respectively.When the Z.schneideriana seeds were soaked with mixed solution of 20.0 mmol/L CaCl_(2),20.0 mg/L ALA and 5.0 mmol/L Spd,the germination effect of Z.schneideriana seeds was the best,which was significantly better than that of each single treatment.
