摘　　要：文章综合分析了山西融入“一带一路”实现对外开放所面临的机遇与挑战以及山西高质量发展的基础和现实条件,提出了山西融入“一带一路”建设对外开放新高地的战略举措,以期真正实现山西高质量和可持续发展。Base on comprehensive analysis of the opportunities and challenges Shanxi faces in the integration of"The Belt and Road"to realize the opening to the outside world,as well as the foundation and practical conditions of Shanxi′s high-quality development,this paper puts forward the strategic measures of Shanxi Integrating"The Belt and Road"to build new highland of opening to the outside world,so as to truly realize high-quality and sustainable development of Shanxi.
