摘　　要：分别选取Web of Science (WOS)与CSSCI两个数据库,以2000—2019年知识管理研究主题文献为样本,运用CiteSpace 5.6.R3知识图谱工具对样本数据进行文献计量、聚类分析以及共词分析,梳理并讨论中、外文两类文献的研究现状和热点脉络关系,探索研究热点的演化趋势,为我国高校、企业、图书馆等机构发展提供参考。结果表明:(1)两类文献量均呈先增后减趋势,至今知识管理研究已趋于成熟稳定态势,亟待新的思路和方法。(2)两类文献均具有多学科交叉融合特性,但中文文献与工程类学科交叉融合研究不多,研究领域有待扩展。(3)外文文献主要集中于知识管理绩效、创新和体系等,更加重视知识管理的综合性和创新应用,未来将围绕大数据、支持系统相关的知识服务与创新展开;中文文献注重知识管理内涵、系统和图书馆、隐性知识等,更多偏向理论层面探讨,未来将聚焦于知识管理与人工智能、共享经济的结合。我国知识管理实践领域要把握好理论与实践、技术与管理之间的关系,借鉴外文文献研究成果拓宽研究领域的广度。This paper selects two databases,Web of Science(WOS)and CSSCI,takes knowledge management research topic literature as the sample,uses the CiteSpace 5.6.R3 knowledge map tool,carries on the literature measurement,cluster analysis and co-word analysis to the sample data,combs and discusses research status and hot-spot relationship between Chinese and foreign literature,explores the research hot spot evolution trend,and provides reference for the development of universities,enterprises and libraries in China.The results show that:(1)The number of two type literatures increases first and then decreases,so far,knowledge management research has become mature and stable,and new ideas and methods are urgently needed.(2)Both types of literature have the characteristics of multidisciplinary cross-fusion,however,the Chinese literature has not much research on cross-integration with engineering disciplines,the research field needs to be expanded.(3)The foreign literature mainly focuses on the performance,innovation and system of knowledge management,and pays more attention to the comprehensive and innovative application of knowledge management,and in the future,it will focus on big data,supporting system related knowledge service and innovation.The Chinese literature pays attention to the connotation of knowledge management,system and library,tacit knowledge and so on,more inclines to the theoretical level of discussion,and in the future will focus on the combination of knowledge management and artificial intelligence,sharing economy.In the field of knowledge management practice in China,the relationship between theory and practice,technology and management should be grasped,and draws lessons from the research results of foreign literature to broaden the breadth of the research field.
