摘 要:从便于生产组织以及提升产量等因素考虑,下向分层进路式胶结充填法矿山一般采取的是几条进路回采结束后再进行集中充填的生产组织方式,采场在一定时间内形成了以胶结充填体为顶板的相邻非连续采空区,由此带来了胶结充填法采场稳定性问题。目前尚无有效成熟的方法对其采场稳定性进行分析和判断,难以防止可能造成的采场稳定性风险。为此,提出了采用等效采空区法来计算相邻非连续采空区的有效暴露面积,并以单一连续采空区的冒落条件为标准,定量分析和判断下向分层进路式胶结充填法采场的稳定性,实现对采场不同回采区域稳定性的针对性分析,分析结果对矿山生产更具指导意义。最后,结合生产矿山实际情况开展了采场稳定性分析,验证了等效采空区法的有效性及实用性。From the perspective of production structure and yield,the method of lower layered approach cemented fill⁃ing mining generally adopts the method of centralized filling after several approaches are backstoped.In a certain period of time,adjacent discontinuous goaf with cemented backfill as roof is formed in stope,which brings about the problem of stabili⁃ty of cemented backfill stope.However,at present,there is no effective and mature method to analyze and judge the stope stability,and it is difficult to prevent the possible risk of stope stability.In this paper,a method to calculate the equivalent method of mined-out area adjacent goaf area of effective exposure of discontinuous,and on the basis of a single continuous gob caving conditions,quantitative analysis and judgment to the layered approach cemented filling mining method,the sta⁃bility of stope and implement targeted analysis of the stability of stope mining area different,the results of the analysis more guiding significance on mine production.The effectiveness and practicability of"equivalent goaf method"are verified through the analysis of stope stability combined with production mine.
