摘 要:为了能够充分、全面地开发利用高磷鲕状赤铁矿,在小型试验、扩大试验的基础上对国外某高磷鲕状赤铁矿进行了回转窑直接还原焙烧—磨矿—磁选的工业试验。工业试验的基本流程为破碎—混匀—压球—烘干—入窑焙烧—水冷—磨矿—磁选,并在整个过程中监测试样、温度、烟气等指标。结果表明:采用该工艺可以实现高磷鲕状赤铁矿工业上的连续生产。通过重点研究还原剂用量对还原气氛和精矿指标的影响,表明在无烟煤用量不超过23%时,无烟煤用量越大,还原气氛越好,精矿指标也越好。在无烟煤用量23%的条件下,可以稳定地获得铁品位96.24%、铁回收率78.40%、磷含量0.07%、金属化率96.05%的合格粉末还原铁。In order to fully and comprehensively develop and utilize high-phosphorous oolitic hematite,the industrial test of magnetic separation of high-phosphorous oolitic hematite by direct reduction roasting in rotary kiln was carried out on the basis of small-scale experiment and expanded experiment.The basic process of industrial test is crushing-mixing-pressingballasting-drying-kiln roasting-water cooling-grinding-magnetic separation.In the whole process,indicators such as style,temperature and flue gas are monitored.The results show that the continuous production of high phosphorus oolitic hematite can be realized by this process.The influence of reducing agent dosage on reducing atmosphere and concentrate index was the main subject,showing that when the amount of anthracite is less than 23%,the greater the amount of anthracite,the better the reducing atmosphere,the better the concentrate index.Under the condition of 23%anthracite,qualified powder reduced iron with iron grade of 96.24%,iron recovery of 78.40%,phosphorus content of 0.07%and metallization rate of 96.05%can be obtained stably.
