摘　　要：农民合作社的规范化水平是由创办人和普通成员对合作社的认知决定的。合作社创办之初,创办人基于对合作社的认知构建起合作社初始规则,在创办人没有将合作社的价值和理念内化到自身认知结构的情况下,构建起的初始规则必然与体现合作社价值和理念的法律秩序发生偏离。普通成员的加入并未改变合作社的初始规则,导致合作社的初始规则具有稳定性。加强合作社规范化建设,关键是要通过教育、培训、辅导、示范等措施将合作社的价值理念内化到创办人和普通成员的认知结构中。The cognition of both founders and the common members determines the standardization level of the cooperatives.When the cooperative is founded,the founders build the initial orders based on their cognition of the cooperative.But when the founders cannot internalize the value and idea of the cooperative into their own cognitive structure,the initial order they build must deviate from the legal order that embodies the value and idea of the cooperative.The entry of new members does not change the initial order of cooperatives,so the initial order is stable.The author believes that to strengthen the standardization construction of cooperatives,the key is to internalize the values of cooperatives into the cognitive structure of founders and members through education,training,guidance,demonstration and other measures.
