摘  要:动车段所工程建设中,因二维设计与施工现场情况冲突造成较多返工情况。改变传统二维设计工作模式,开展基于BIM的动车段所三维协同深化设计应用研究,规范BIM深化设计流程与方法。以南通动车所项目为例,重点对BIM在综合管线碰撞优化、工艺方案模拟优化、专业间接口深化设计、预留孔洞深化设计、正向设计探索、BIM+GIS可视化施工交底等方面的深化设计应用进行论述。该研究成果对推广BIM应用、提高工程设计质量、减少施工返工、缩短项目建设周期具有重要意义。During the construction of EMU depots,there are many rework cases due to the conflict between 2D design and construction site conditions.This study changes the traditional 2D design work mode,and looks into the 3D collaborative detailed design and application based on BIM technology for EMU depots to standardize the detailed design process and method of BIM technology.Taking Nantong EMU depot as an example,this paper focuses on the detailed design and application of BIM technology in the optimization of integrated pipeline collision,optimization of process scheme simulation,detailed design of inter-discipline interface,detailed design of reserved holes,exploration of forward design,and BIM+GIS visual construction disclosure,etc.The research results are of great significance to promoting BIM application,improving the engineering design quality,reducing construction rework and shortening the project construction period.
