摘 要:为进一步评价和鉴定苎麻种质富集镉的特性,筛选出优异的高或低镉含量苎麻种质,从而为苎麻镉修复专用品种的选育奠定基础,也为苎麻修复镉污染农田提供更多参考。文章对农田镉污染条件下种植的269份苎麻种质资源的各器官镉含量进行了研究。结果表明,269份苎麻种质资源镉含量存在显著差异,单蔸变异系数为20.17%。湘潭鸡骨白单蔸镉含量最低(1.51 mg/kg),单蔸镉含量最高的是临澧苎麻2号(5.88 mg/kg)。同龄苎麻三季各器官镉含量表现为头麻>三麻>二麻。70.63%的苎麻种质各器官镉含量分布规律为萝卜根>繁殖根>麻壳>麻叶>麻骨>原麻。筛选出单蔸镉含量较高的种质11份(临澧苎麻2号、74-69、遵义串根麻、黔苎1号、桠杈序叶苎、龙滩大麻、新宁家麻、宝山苎麻3号、红尖麻、咸丰鸡骨白和临澧苎麻1号),单蔸镉含量平均值为5.15 mg/kg,其镉含量范围为4.71~5.88 mg/kg;单蔸镉含量较低的种质有14份(沅江白里子青、黄壳早、宁乡冲天炮、绥阳白麻、三塘苎麻、蒲忻日本麻、毕节园麻、广济黄尖、冷泉苎麻、临水红顶家麻、Hn C、长顺山麻、巧家苎麻2和湘潭鸡骨白),单蔸镉含量平均值为2.27 mg/kg,其镉含量范围为1.51~2.46 mg/kg。The objective of this study is to evaluate the cadmium content of ramie and select the high or low cadmium content ramie germplasm to provide a theological basis for remediation cadmium-polluted field.269 ramie germplasm resources were evaluated for the cadmium content in organs on cadmium-polluted field.The results showed that there were significant differences in cadmium content of ramie,and the coefficient of variation was 20.17%.The lowest cadmium content was Xiangtan Jigubai(1.51 mg/kg),and the highest cadmium content was Linli Ramie 2(5.88 mg/kg).Cadmium contents in three crops were in order of the first crop>the third crop>the second crop.The cadmium content in organs were in order of radish root>reproductive root>steam bark>leaf>stick>fiber.11 germplasms with high cadmium content were selected(Linli Ramie-2,74-69,Zunyi Chuangenma,Qianzhu-1,Yacha Xuyezhu,Longtan Dama,Xinning Jiama,Baoshan Ramie-3,Hongjianma,Xianfeng Jigubai and Linli Ramie-1).14 germplasms with low cadmium content were selected(Yuanjiang Bailiziqing,Huangkuzao,Ningxiang Chongtianpao,Suiyang Baima,Santang Ramie,Puxin Ribenma,Bijie Yuanma,Guangji Huangjian,Lengquan Ramie,Linshui Hongdingjiama,Hn C,Changshun Shanma,Qiaojia Ramie-2 and Xiangtan Jigubai).The average cadmium content of high and low cadmium content were 5.15 mg/kg and 2.27 mg/kg.
