摘  要:针对旋转式压缩机副轴承消音器与气缸通气孔对排气压力脉动的影响分析,运用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics,计算流体动力学)流体仿真软件,对压缩机壳体内流场进行建模、分析。通过对压缩机壳体内流场模型的CFD瞬态解析,得到压力脉动流场的速度分布、压力分布,为设计出合理的压力脉动衰减器提供理论指导。文章阐述副轴承消音器及气缸通气孔的比例关系对压缩机排气压力脉动的影响,通过理论研究及实验测试,尝试寻求旋转式压缩机的设计最优值。Based on the analysis of the influence of rotary compressor bearing muffler and cylinder vent on exhaust pressure pulsation,the fluid simulation software of CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)is used to model and analyze the flow field in compressor shell.According to the CFD transient analysis of the flow field model in the compressor shell,the velocity distribution and pressure distribution of the pressure pulsation flow field were obtained,providing theoretical guidance for the design of a reasonable pressure pulsation attenuator.Focusing on the effects of the volume of muffler and cylinder vent on the discharging pressure pulsation,key factors were found out,and optimization analysis was carried out to seek the optimal solution.
