摘　　要：本文针对同忻煤矿精煤输送皮带液压拉紧装置在使用中存在的问题,分析行程限位开关的特点,实施了相应的改造方案,有效避免因机械设备的配合问题引起设备运行的故障和不稳定现象,保证了设备的安全运转。In view of the problems existing in the use of the hydraulic tension device of the clean coal conveyor belt in Tongxin coal mine,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the lead limit switch,and implements the transformation scheme,which effectively avoids the equipment operation failure and instability caused by the coordination of mechanical equipment,and ensures the safe operation of the equipment.
