摘　　要：化学技术监督是保证发电企业安全、经济、稳定、环保运行的重要基础工作,通过化学技术监督可以有效防止和减缓热力系统腐蚀、结垢、积集沉积物,及时发现油(气)质量劣化,判定充油(气)设备潜伏性故障,指导锅炉安全经济燃烧等。文章结合某电厂在实际生产过程中化学技术监督存在的问题进行研究,分别对水汽品质合格率低、化学线仪表有误差和抗燃油酸值高等问题进行分析总结,并针对相关问题提出对应措施。Chemical Technology Supervision is an important work to ensure the safe,economic,stable and environmentally-friendly of power generation enterprises.Through chemical technology supervision,it can effectively prevent and slow down the corrosion,scaling and sediment accumulation of the thermal system,timely detect the deterioration of oil(gas),determine the potential failure of oil(gas)f illing equipment,and guide the safe and economical combustion of boilers.This paper studies the problems of chemical technology supervision in the production process of a power plant,analyzes and summarizes the problems of low qualif ied rate of water vapor quality,errors of chemical line instruments and high value of acid of f ire-resistant oil,and proposes corresponding measures for relevant problems.
