摘  要:运用南京安元的风险评估软件,对加氢站氢气储存设施发生泄漏引发的事故建立相应的评价模型,对氢气泄漏引发事故的后果及风险进行了定量评价,分析各种事故后果的影响规模,辨识加氢站氢气储存设施的个人风险和社会风险,并计算加氢站氢气储存设施的外部安全防护距离。Through applying the risk assessment software which comes from Nanjing Anyuan,safety risk evaluation model was established for the accidents caused by the leakage of hydrogen storage facilities of the hydrogen refueling station,and the consequences and risks of accidents caused by hydrogen leakage were quantitatively evaluated.Through analysis the impact of various accident consequences,identify the personal and social risks,and calculate the external safety protection distance of hydrogen storage facilities of the hydrogen refueling station.
