摘　　要：文章从流动特性和结块检测两个方面对Innovene气相法聚丙烯生产工艺中的卧式搅拌反应器运行状态进行了分析。该反应器流动形式近似平推流,拥有较窄的停留时间分布。介绍了用来描述床层流动的多级全混釜串联模型和双参数返混模型,同时分析了影响反应器稳定运行的结块现象的产生原因以及检测方法。This paper analyzes the operating status of the horizontal stirred reactor in the Innovene gas phase polypropylene production process from two aspects of flow characteristics and agglomeration detection.The flow form of this reactor is similar to flat plug flow,with a narrow residence time distribution.The series model of multi-stage perfectly mixed flow reactor and the two-parameter backmixing model used to describe the bed flow are introduced.At the same time,the causes and detection methods of agglomeration that affect the stable operation of the reactor are analyzed.
