摘　　要：30万t/a混合脱氢装置国内同类工艺装置少,试车经验不足,操作技能培训时间较短,试车准备周期长,面临诸多困难,强化管理成为要一次试车成功的必然选择,延长石油通过努力,确保一次试车成功和平稳运行。300000 t/a hybrid dehydrogenation plant has few similar process units in China,lack of test experience,short operation skill training time,long test preparation period and many diff iculties.Strengthening management has become the inevitable choice for a successful test,and prolonging the efforts of oil to ensure a successful test and smooth operation.
