摘　　要：德士古气化炉是一种煤气化装置常用的炉型,其原理是加压的氧气和水煤浆经工艺烧嘴进入气化炉内反应产生有效气。烧嘴的使用寿命决定着气化炉的运行周期,烧嘴一旦出现烧嘴冷却水盘管泄漏,或烧嘴偏磨导致偏喷使气化炉局部表面温度升高,就会紧急停车检修处理,影响产量,同时增加检维修费用。通过优化工艺操作参数,对烧嘴的材质和结构进行技改,可提高德士古气化炉烧嘴的使用周期。Texaco gasif ier is a common type of gasif ier in coal gasif ication plant.Its principle is that pressurized oxygen and coal water slurry enter the gasif ier through process burner to produce effective gas.The service life of the burner determines the operation cycle of the gasif ier.Once the leakage of the cooling water coil of the burner occurs,or the partial spray caused by the eccentric wear of the burner causes the local surface temperature of the gasif ier to rise,the emergency shutdown for maintenance will affect the output and increase the maintenance cost.The service life of Texaco gasif ier burner can be improved by optimizing process operation parameters and improving the material and structure of burner.
