摘　　要：随着海洋石油行业国际化合作日益加深以及合同契约精神越来越受到广泛重视,大量项目需要一批掌握英文及相关法律知识的从业人员。海洋石油行业较一般的工程行业有一定的特殊性,即便有菲迪克(FIDIC)合同体系等比较完善的工程合同范本,也很少有完全适用于海洋石油行业的合同。文章介绍了海洋石油工程设计英文合同背景及结构,并从实际操作层面分析合同重要条款。With the deepening of international cooperation in the offshore oil industry and the spirit of contract is attracting more and more people’s attention,a large number of projects need practitioners who have knowledge for both English and related laws.Offshore oil industry has its certain particularities,even there are relatively perfect contract templates such as FIDIC contract systems,there are few contracts fully apply to this industry.This article introduces the background and structure of the English offshore oil engineering design contract and analyses some important terms.
