新加五痹汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨新加五痹汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1—12月来我院就诊的符合入选标准的神经根型颈椎病患者70例为研究对象,按随机数字表分为观察组和对照组。观察组35例使用新加五痹汤治疗,对照组35例采用颈痛颗粒联合甲钴胺分散片治疗。治疗周期均为4周。比较两组治疗前后VAS评分、NDI指数、临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗后的VAS评分为(3.50±0.74)分、NDI指数为(15.61±2.26),显著低于对照组,总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的82.86%(P<0.05),研究期间两组均未出现不良反应。结论新加五痹汤能有效缓解神经根型颈椎病的临床症状,改善患者生活工作质量。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xinjia Wubi Decoction in the treatment of nerve root cervical spondylopathy.Methods A total of 70 patients with nerve root cervical spondylopathy who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2019 and met the selection criteria were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to a random number table.35 patients in the observation group were treated with Xinjia Wubi Decoction,and 35 patients in the control group were treated with Jingtong granules combined with mecobalamin dispersible tablets.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The VAS score,NDI index,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The VAS score(3.50±0.74)and NDI index(15.61±2.26)in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group.The overall effective rate was 97.14%,which was higher than that of 82.86%in the control group(P<0.05).During the study period,there were no adverse reactions in neither group.Conclusion The clinical results have indicated that Xinjia Wubi Decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of nerve root cervical spondylopathy and improve the patients′quality of life and work.
