摘 要:通过对江苏沿海地区地面沉降现状、地质背景及人类活动的分析,阐述了影响沿海地区地面沉降发生和发展的主要因素。研究表明,地下水过量开采是控制区域地面沉降发生和发展的主要因素,水文地质条件的不同导致了南北地面沉降发生和发展的差异;主采含水层和相邻弱透水的固结压缩是沉降的主要来源。以地面沉降风险评价为核心,综合地下水水位变化趋势、工后沉降、滩涂区固结沉降,划分了地面沉降控制区,并根据主要沉降诱因分类分级提出防控对策。Based on the analysis of land subsidence status, geological conditions and human activities in the coastal areas of Jiangsu, this paper explained the main factors affecting the occurrence and development of land subsidence of the study area. It indicates that over-exploitation of groundwater is the main factor. The difference in hydrogeological conditions leads to the difference between the occurrence and development of land subsidence in the north and south of the province. Consolidation and compression of the main aquifer and adjacent weakly permeable aquifer is the main source of subsidence. Taking the risk evaluation of land subsidence as the center, and comprehensive consideration of the changing trend of groundwater level, post-construction settlement, consolidation settlement of tidal flat area, this paper delineated the ground subsidence control areas. Prevention and control countermeasure should be corresponding to the types and grades of the main subsidence inducement.
