中药促骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化的研究进展

摘　　要：骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)具有多向分化潜能以及自我复制的能力,可借助一定诱导条件分化为成骨细胞、软骨细胞、脂肪细胞、肌细胞等成熟细胞,是目前骨组织工程中较为理想的种子细胞。选用中药作为诱导剂,较之以往应用的化学物质和细胞因子,能选择的作用靶点更广泛,且更加廉价实用。研究表明中药及其有效成分能够显著促进BMSCs向成骨分化,其生理活性与细胞因子类似。本文特从中药及其有效成分促BMSCs成骨分化及其机制对近年来的研究进行了综述。Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)have the multi-directional differentiation potential and self-replication ability.They can differentiate into mature cells such as osteoblasts,chondrocytes,adipocytes,and muscle cells under certain inducing conditions.They are ideal seed cells in bone tissue engineering at present.Compared with the chemical substances and cytokines used in the past,Chinese materia medica as an inducer has a wider range of targets and is cheaper and more practical.Studies have shown that certain herbs and their active ingredients can significantly promote the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs,and their physiological activities are similar to cytokines.This article reviews recent studies on the promotion of osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs and its mechanism by some Chinese medicines and their active ingredients.
