摘  要:针对缺少应用磁流变(MR)液的动密封装置的密封特性研究这一问题,应用实验的方法,对用于旋转式磁流变阻尼器的磁流变液密封装置的密封特性进行了研究。根据阻尼器与磁流变液密封装置的结构特点,设计磁流变液密封装置实验系统结构。基于磁流变液的基本磁化曲线与磁芯材料特性,对实验系统的磁路进行设计。建立实验系统,对不同密封间隙的密封特性进行实验,并对实验结果进行分析。研究结果表明:不同径向尺寸的密封间隙,转子旋转到一定转数后,磁流变液都会充满密封间隙,继续旋转时无持续泄漏现象,能够实现动密封要求。Aiming at the problem of sealing characteristics of dynamic seals using magnetorheological(MR)fluids,the sealing characteristics of MR fluid seals for rotary MR dampers are studied by experimental methods.According to the structure characteristics of the damper and the MR fluid sealing device,the experimental system structure of MR fluid sealing device is designed.Based on the basic magnetization curve of MR fluid and the characteristics of magnetic core material,the magnetic circuit design of the experimental system is finished.Experimental system is established to test the sealing characteristics of different sealing gaps,and the experimental results are analyzed.The research results show that the sealing gap with different radial dimensions will be filled with MR fluid after rotor rotating to a certain revolution,no continuous leakage occurs when rotor continue to rotate,dynamic seal is achieved.
