摘 要:提出一种基于图像几何矩和材料质心与凸包质心形成矢量线角度的定位方法。当材料是不规则形状时,计算输入区域的几何矩得到椭圆,使用几何矩的0阶和1阶矩计算出材料区域的质心,再计算质心到区域轮廓距离最长的点,通过该距离最长的点,给原本没有方向性的椭圆赋予正方向,旋转角度为正方向长轴和水平坐标轴的夹角。当材料是规则对称图形时,通过计算输入区域的质心和区域凸包重心形成的矢量线和水平轴的夹角,计算材料旋转角度。理论分析和实验结果表明:该定位方法简单灵活,定位精度和定位速度均在预期范围内。A positioning method based on image geometric moment and center of gravity of material and convex hull form vector line angle,when the material is irregular shape,calculate geometric moment of input area to get ellipse,using the zero and 1 order of geometric moment to calculate the center of gravity of the material area,and then compute the point which has the longest distance from center of gravity to regional profile,through the longest point,give positive direction to originally no directional elliptic,rotation angle is the intersection angle between long axis in the positive direction and horizontal coordinate axis.When the material is a regular symmetric figure,the rotation angle of the material is calculated by calculating the intersection angle between the vector line and the horizontal axis formed by the center of gravity of the input region and the center of gravity of the convex hull of the region.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the positioning method is simple and flexible,and the positioning precision and speed are within the expected range.
