乡村旅游开发中利益相关者的演化博弈分析——以民族村寨旅游为例

摘　　要：在利益主体存在多元化的乡村旅游开发领域,不同利益主体均有各自利益诉求。以民族村寨旅游为例,分析地方政府、旅游开发公司两大核心利益主体的策略博弈对民族村寨旅游开发的影响及其策略选择依据,基于演化博弈视角,选取了相关影响因素,构建了演化博弈模型及其支付矩阵,并且利用复制动态方程和动态相位图,分析了演化稳定策略及收敛路径。结果显示,在民族村寨旅游开发领域中,地方政府和旅游开发公司之间存在策略选择相关性和依赖性,收敛路径及稳定状态受到博弈双方初始支付成本、收益、超额收益及分配系数等六个因素影响,通过设置合理的分配机制、提升超额收益等措施,可以有效促进民族村寨旅游可持续发展。In the field of rural tourism development where there are multiple stakeholders,the different stakeholders have their own interest demands.Take the tourism of ethnic villages as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of the strategic game between the local government and the tourism development company on the tourism development of ethnic villages and the basis of strategy selection.Based on the perspective of evolutionary game,this paper selects the relevant influencing factors,constructs the evolutionary game model and its payment matrix,and analyzes the evolutionary game by using the replication dynamic equation and dynamic phase diagram stability strategy and convergence path.The results show that in the field of tourism development in ethnic villages,there is a correlation and dependence between the local government and the tourism development company in strategy choice.The convergence path and stable state are affected by six factors,such as initial payment cost,income,excess income and distribution coefficient.Through setting up a reasonable distribution mechanism,improving excess income and other measures,we can effectively promote the development of ethnic villages Sustainable development of tourism in ethnic villages.
