摘 要:利用实验室模拟高浓度碱对涤纶织物进行减量处理,可产生高COD的碱减量废水。用无水亚硫酸钠制备SO 2,将其通入废水中,回收对苯二甲酸,其中对苯二甲酸的回收率可以达到49.4%,其副产物CaSO 3加热分解可以得到CaO和SO 2,且可以重复使用,在处理废水的同时达到了环保经济、节约成本的效果,是一种很有应用前景的处理方法。In this paper,the polyester fabric deweighting was treated by simulated high concentration alkali in laboratory to produce high COD alkali deweighting wastewater.SO 2 was prepared from anhydrous sodium sulfite,which was fed into wastewater to recover terephthalic acid.The recovery rate of terephthalic acid was up to 49.4%.The by-product and CaSo 3 can be heated and decomposed to produce CaO and SO 2,which could be reused.It is environmentally friendly,economical,and cost-saving while treating wastewater,and it is a promising treatment method.
