硫脲基咪唑啉缓蚀剂的复配及其配伍性能研究

摘　　要：研究了自制的硫脲基咪唑啉与硫脲、乌洛托品、碘化钾、OP-10的协同效应。通过静态评价确定彼此之间的最佳复配比例并制备了一种硫脲基咪唑啉缓蚀剂。考察了该缓蚀剂与现场在用的破乳剂、阻垢剂的配伍性能。结果显示,复配缓蚀剂的缓蚀、配伍性能良好,满足现场使用要求。The synergistic effects of self-prepared thiourea imidazoline with thiourea,urotropine,potassium iodide and OP-10 are studied.The optimal compound ratio of the components is determined through static evaluation and a thioureido imidazoline corrosion inhibitor is prepared.The compatibility of the corrosion inhibitor with demulsifiers and scale inhibitors in use on site is investigated.The results show that the corrosion inhibition and compatibility of the compound corrosion inhibitor are good,which meets the requirements of field use.
