含氟表面活性剂对外墙涂料耐沾污性能的影响

摘　　要：从外墙涂料耐沾污性影响因素的角度出发,揭示含氟表面活性剂对户外耐沾污性能影响的基本作用原理,并通过人工耐沾污测试以及1 a的户外曝晒实验加以验证。结果表明,含氟表面活性剂对提升外墙涂料的耐沾污性能有一定的帮助。最后,探讨了含氟表面活性剂的全氟烷基分子链结构对环境可持续发展的重要影响,以此指明其未来的发展方向。The basic mechanism of fluorosurfactants for improving dirt pick-up resistance(DPUR)of exterior paints is revealed from the aspects of the influential factors.Then the performance is verified by both artificial DPUR and one-year outdoor exposure tests.Moreover,the important impact of perfluorinated alkyl chain structure on environmental sustainability is discussed so as to point out the future development trend.
