摘　　要：采用有限元软件建立了某汽水分离再热器(MSR)蝶形封头开孔接管的有限元模型并进行应力分析,并用弹性分析方法进行强度校核。结果表明,应力最大值发生在接管与封头外壁面相贯处,设计压力条件下应力均满足强度要求。The construction of FEM model and the stress analysis of a large opening nozzle on moisture separator reheater(MSR)Disc Heads were completed with ABAQUS.The elastic analysis method was used to implement strength verification.The results show that the maximum stress concentrates on the intersecting line between the nozzle and head.The stress strength can be acceptable at the design pressure.
