超超临界机组高压转子叶顶汽封碰摩响应分析

摘　　要：利用有限元软件Abaqus建立了某电厂1000MW超超临界二次再热汽轮机组高压转子的有限元动力学模型,计算了高压转子轴承系统的固有频率,分析了固有频率随轴承油膜参数的变化规律。在此基础上,建立了高压转子叶顶汽封碰摩动力学模型,分析了高压转子在不平衡质量作用下发生碰摩的轴心轨迹,并进行了频谱分析。结果表明,随着碰摩程度的加剧,动力响应的频带先变宽后收窄,工频处的响应幅值先降低再升高。计算结果为该类机组碰摩故障诊断提供了参考依据。Based on finite element software Abaqus,the finiteelement dynamic model of the rotorof high pressure cylinder in 1000MW ultra supercritical double reheat unit was established.The natural frequency of high pressure cylinder rotor-bearing system is calculated.The influence of bearing oil film parameters on natural frequency is analyzed.Rub impact dynamic model of rotor tip seal is established.Under the influenceof unbalanced mass,the axis orbit and frequency spectrum are analyzed.The results show that with the increase of rub impact intensity,the frequency band first widens and then narrows,and the response amplitude at the power frequency first decreases and then increases.It provides the reference for the diagnosis of this kind of rub impact fault.
