摘 要:通过数值模拟的方法研究迷宫式汽封齿间距对汽封性能的影响。三维稳态数值结果表明,汽封齿处的通流面积剧烈的变化使得水蒸气通过汽封齿后流速增加,压力降低。此外,近壁面附近的压力和流速在壁面端点附近变化较为剧烈。汽封齿的排布对齿间漩涡的大小、位置和高马赫数区域影响较大。7组案例表明,沿流动方向变化的压力曲线及其所对应的漏气量表明第一个汽封齿处压降对汽封效果影响较大,压降越小,汽封效果越好。最后总结了汽封效果与汽封齿排布之间的关系。Performance of steam seal in the cases of spacing of various labyrinth seal baffles are investigated numerically in the present work.Three-dimensional steady-state numerical results show that the area shrinkage makes the water vapor speed increase after the steam seal baffle,and the pressure decreases.The areas with rapid changes in flow velocity and pressure are mainly concentrated near the end of the wall.The position of the steam seal baffle has a greater impact on the size and location of the vortex,as well as impact on the high Mach number region.The results of the seven groups of cases show that the pressure drop of the first low steam seal baffle has a greater influence on the effect of the steam seal.Finally,the relationship between the steam seal effect and the arrangement of the steam seal baffle was explained.
