摘  要:汽轮机滑销系统膨胀不畅导致卡涩,引发机组振动。主要是传统滑销系统多采用润滑油脂来实现轴承箱与基础之间的滑动摩擦,由于油脂失效而造成滑销系统卡涩。介绍了几种滑销系统的自润滑结构改造的典型案例,用以指导电站对相关问题的处理。Unsmooth expansion of sliding pin system of steam turbine leads to jamming and unit vibration.The main reason is that the traditional sliding pin system mostly uses grease to realize the sliding friction between the bearing box and the foundation,and the sliding pin system is jammed due to the grease failure.In this paper,several typical cases of self-lubricating structure transformation of sliding pin system are introduced to guide the power station to deal with relevant problems and provide suggestions.
