摘  要:许多大型汽轮机高调阀对应的喷嘴数目存在很大的差异性,现有研究成果缺乏针对高调阀异喷嘴数配置汽轮机顺序阀进汽策略的考虑。首先,给出了国内典型四高调阀汽轮机的异喷嘴数配置,并从调节级局部进汽条件下作用在转子上的不平衡汽流力的角度,分析了汽轮机异喷嘴数配置对其顺序阀进汽方式影响的物理机制,提出了喷嘴配汽规律的优化设计方案;然后,分别在2台四高调阀不同喷嘴数配置和2台相同喷嘴数配置的超临界660MW汽轮机上进行验证试验,结果表明:上述理论分析及优化策略是合理的。这对进一步改善大功率汽轮机深度快速变负荷运行的安全稳定性具有重要的借鉴意义和推广价值。There is a big difference the nozzle number corresponding to the high-pressure regulation valves of many large turbines in practice.The existing research results lack the consideration of steam admission strategy in sequence valve mode for turbines'high-pressure regulation valves configurating with different number of nozzles.First,typical turbine with four high-pressure regulation valves corresponding to different number of nozzles in China is given.And from the perspective of the unbalanced steam flow force acting on the rotor under the condition of the regulating stage with partial admission mode,the physical mechanism that the influence of turbines'different number of nozzles configuration to the sequential valve's steam admission mode is analyzed.Then,verification tests were carried out on two supercritical 660MW turbines with four high-pressure regulation valves corresponding to different number of nozzles and two same number of nozzles respectively.The results show that the above theoretical analysis and optimization strategy are reasonable.It has important reference significance and popularization value to further improve the safety and stability of high power steam turbine under the operating condition of deep and fast variable load.
