摘  要:以某通流改造后630MW汽轮机的低压缸为对象,开展“低压缸宽负荷特性”试验研究。通过微增出力试验,给出低压缸效率对应单排容积流量的最佳工作区域,为改善机组运行提出了针对性意见;对两种不同低压缸末级叶片进行性能比对,指出在当前负荷率不高的状况下,适当的低压缸末级叶片选型,有助于提高机组宽负荷运行经济性。Taking the low-pressure cylinder of a 630MW steam turbine as a target,a test study on the"low-pressure cylinder wide-load characteristics"was carried out.Through the micro-increasing output test,the best working area of the low-pressure cylinder efficiency corresponding to the single-row volume flow is given,and targeted suggestions are made to improve the operation of the unit.Under the current situation that the rate is not high,the proper selection of the final stage blades of the low-pressure cylinder helps to improve the economics of the unit's wide-load operation.
