摘  要:针对东北地区某供热机组因容量小、供热面积大、投入低压旁路时降电负荷的措施无法实施,进而导致冬季供暖期热电耦合矛盾异常突出的技术难题,研究提出了低压旁路至抽汽供热系统的改造方案和改造后机组的运行方案,给出了供暖期两台机组协同调峰措施,并对改造后的投资收益进行了分析。研究得出,抽汽供热机组进行低压旁路至采暖抽汽系统改造,将原排至凝汽器的蒸汽热损失回收至热网进行利用,在提升供热能力及机组效率的同时,解决了供暖期抽汽供热机组深度调峰时的热电解耦问题。改造后发电负荷降低5.0MW,增加热网供热能力20GJ,有效地提升了机组供热能力。改造后供暖期日平均收益约1万元,15天回收投资,经济效益显著。In this paper,aiming at the technical problems of a heating unit in northeast China,such as small capacity,large heating area,and failure to implement measures to reduce power load when putting into low-pressure bypass,which lead to prominent contradiction of thermoelectric coupling in winter heating period,the reconstruction scheme of low-pressure bypass to extraction steam heating system and the operation scheme of the reconstructed unit are proposed,the coordinated peak regulation measures of the two units during heating period are given,and the investment income after reconstruction is analyzed.The research shows that the low-pressure bypass to heating and steam extraction system of the steam extraction heating unit is reformed,and the steam heat loss originally discharged to the condenser is recovered to the heat network for utilization.While improving the heating capacity and unit efficiency,the problem of thermal electrolytic coupling during deep peak regulation of the steam extraction heating unit during the heating period is solved.After modification,the power generation load is reduced by 5.0MW,and the heating capacity of the heat network is increased by 20GJ,which effectively improves the heating capacity of the unit.After the renovation,the average daily profit during the heating period is about 10,000 yuan,and the investment will be recovered in 15 days,with remarkable economic benefits.
