摘　　要：在对火力发电厂锅炉关键设备炉水循环泵电机的运行和检修情况进行分析的基础上,结合炉水循环泵电机结构特点,总结了炉水循环泵电机发生故障的类型和原因,提出了炉水泵循环电机滚动检修策略。根据滚动检修实施情况和结果,验证了滚动检修的实施对保障炉水循环泵电机运行可靠性和提高使用寿命起到的关键作用,为电厂设备运维和制订检修策略提供了参考。The motor with the boiler water circulating pump is the key equipment of the boiler in the thermal power plant.Based on the analysis of its operation and overhaul as well as its structural features,this paper summarizes its fault types and causes and presents relevant strategies for its rolling overhaul.The results of its implementation verify that the rolling overhaul plays a vital role in improving the reliability and service life of the motor,which can provide reference for the operation and maintenance of the equipment in the power plant as well as the formulation of relevant overhauling strategies.
