运用信息化技术建设高校智慧党建平台的探索

摘　　要：智慧党建是拓宽高校基层党建的重要渠道,是有效破解党建工作中工学矛盾和形式主义突出这一问题的重要工具。积极运用互联网、大数据等新兴技术,创新党组织活动的内容方式,按照“政治性、智慧性、前瞻性、便捷性、可视化”的设计原则,探索高校智慧党建平台建设路径,配套建立和完善组织、制度、人才、技术、资金等保障机制,稳步提升高校基层党建的智能化、科学化水平。The intelligent party building is an important channel to broaden the grass-roots party building in colleges and universities as well as a significant tool to effectively solve the contradictions between working and study and the prominent formalism in party building.With such newly-developing technologies as the Internet and big data,contents and ways of party organization activities can be innovated.Based on the design principle of“politics,wisdom,foresight,convenience and visualization”,this paper probes into the ways of construction of the intelligent party building platform in colleges and universities as well as putting forward the guarantee mechanism of establishing and improving the organization,system,talents,technology and capital,so as to make the grass-roots party building more intelligent and scientific.
