摘　　要：系统性硬化症是一种慢性结缔组织疾病,可累及多个系统,其中胃肠道受累是系统性硬化症患者的最常见合并症之一,临床表现多种多样,严重影响患者的预后和生活质量,增加营养不良的风险。有针对性的饮食干预和合理的饮食习惯可帮助系统性硬化症患者提高生活质量,有效应对并管理其消化道症状。本文就系统性硬化症患者营养评估策略和饮食干预的研究进展作一概要介绍。Systemic sclerosis is a chronic connective tissue disease with multiple systems involved.Gastrointestinal involvement is one of the most common complications,with various clinical manifestations,affecting their prognosis and life quality and leading to the increased risk of malnutrition.Targeted dietary intervention strategy and reasonable diet habit can help the patients improve their quality of life and effectively manage the gastrointestinal symptoms.This review introduces the progress in nutritional assessment strategies and dietary interventions for the patients with systemic sclerosis.
