摘  要:以鄂尔多斯煤及加氢后的煤焦油为原料,采用自制的煤载铁系催化剂,在高压釜内进行煤-油共炼反应,考察反应温度(380℃,400℃,420℃,440℃和460℃)、反应时间(20 min,40 min,60 min和80 min)及氢初压(2 MPa,4 MPa,6 MPa和8 MPa)对煤-油共炼液收率、液体产物馏程及半焦工业四组分的影响。结果表明,随反应温度升高和反应时间增加,煤的液收率均先增加后降低,最佳反应温度和反应时间分别为440℃和60 min;液收率随氢初压的升高,先快速增加后增速放缓,符合煤液化过程分为快速加氢裂解、慢速加氢裂解和缩聚反应三个阶段的结论。液化油的馏程随反应条件的不同而异。随反应温度升高及反应时间增加,半焦中的灰分含量逐渐升高,挥发分含量逐渐降低,固定碳含量呈先降低后升高的趋势;随氢初压增加,半焦中挥发分和固定碳含量逐渐降低,灰分含量逐渐升高。The effects of the reaction temperature(380℃,400℃,420℃,440℃and 460℃),the reaction time(20 min,40 min,60 min and 80 min)and the initial hydrogen pressure(2 MPa,4 MPa,6 MPa and 8 MPa)on the liquefaction rate of the coal-oil co-processing,the distillation range of liquid products,and the proximate analysis of the semi-coke were studied by using the Ordos coal and the coal tar after the hydrogenation treatment in an autoclave with the self-made coal-supported-iron-based catalyst.The results show that the liquefaction rate first increases and then decreases with the increasing reaction temperature and reaction time,and the optimal reaction temperature and reaction time are 440℃and 60 min respectively;the liquefaction rate first increases rapidly and then slows down with the increasing initial hydrogen pressure which is consistent with the conclusion that the coal liquefaction process can be divided into three stages:fast hydrocracking,slow hydrocracking and polycondensation.The distillation range of liquefied oil varies with the reaction conditions.The ash content in the semi-coke gradually increases,the volatile matter gradually decreases,and the fixed carbon first decreases and then increases with the increasing reaction temperature and time.The volatile matter and fixed carbon in the semicoke gradually decreases,and the ash content gradually increases with the increasing hydrogen initial pressure.
