摘 要:采用多膛炉再生染料废水处理用煤质颗粒活性炭,并通过调节去水螺旋机频率、离心机转速、中轴电机频率、燃烧器阀门开度、助燃风机频率、蒸汽阀门开度等参数,研究饱和活性炭水分、活化温度、停留时间、尾气余氧量、水蒸气量等因素对再生效果的影响,并确定最佳再生条件。结果表明,当饱和活性炭水分控制在25%、活化温度为600℃~800℃、停留时间为35 min~40 min、余氧量为0.2%~0.4%、水蒸气量为0.5 kg/kg活性炭~0.6 kg/kg活性炭时,再生活性炭的碘值恢复率可以达到98.6%,亚甲基蓝恢复率达到97.8%,炭损耗为4.2%。染料废水处理用煤质颗粒活性炭经工业级多膛炉再生后,具有良好的吸附性能,完全可以满足回用要求。In order to improve the regeneration performance of activated carbon and reduce production costs,the multi-hearth furnace was used to regenerate the coal-based granular activated carbon adsorbed and saturated by disperse dye waste water.The influences of the saturated activated carbon moisture,temperature,residence time,residual oxygen,water vapor and some other factors on the regeneration performance were studied,and the optimal regeneration conditions were determined accordingly.The above factors can be controlled by adjusting operation parameters such as the frequency of the dewatering screw,the speed of the centrifuge,the frequency of the central shaft motor,the opening of the burner valve,the frequency of the combustion fan,and the opening of the steam valve.The results show that under the saturated activated carbon moisture corresponding to 25%,the activation temperature corresponding to 600℃-800℃,the residence time corresponding to 35 min-40 min,the residual oxygen content corresponding to 0.2%-0.4%,and the amount of steam corresponding to 0.5 kg/kg activated carbon-0.6 kg/kg activated carbon,the iodine value recovery rate of regenerated activated carbon reaches 98.6%,the methylene blue recovery rate of regenerated activated carbon reaches 97.8%,and the carbon loss is 4.2%.Therefore,the coal-based granular activated carbon for the dye wastewater treatment has good adsorption performance after the regeneration treatment in the industrial multi-hearth furnace,fully meeting the requirements of reuse.
