摘 要:利用固定床反应器对白云鄂博稀土尾矿催化半焦的脱硝性能进行研究,分析了稀土尾矿不同添加量(1%(质量分数,下同),2%和5%)和球磨时间(10 min,30 min和60 min)对半焦燃烧时脱硝率的影响。结果表明:在白云鄂博稀土尾矿添加剂作用下半焦燃烧过程中NO生成量减少,并且在添加量为5%和球磨60 min时NO生成量最少;在稀土尾矿催化剂作用下半焦的NO生成量减少,结合半焦燃烧时的耗氧量以及白云鄂博稀土尾矿对CO还原NO的实验结果,NO生成量减少的原因为,添加白云鄂博稀土尾矿添加剂后强化了CO还原NO的作用,提高了半焦燃烧过程中氮氧化物的脱除效率。A fixed-bed reactor was used to study the performance of Bayan Obo rare earth tailings for catalyzing the semi-coke denitration.The effects of different addition amounts of the rare earth tailings(corresponding to 1%(mass fraction,the same below),2%and 5%)and the ball milling duration(10 min,30 min and 60 min)on the denitration rate of the semi-coke combustion were analyzed.The results show that under the Bayan Obo rare earth tailings additives,the amount of the NO produced during the combustion process of the semi-coke is reduced,and when the additive amount is 5%and the ball milling lasts 60 min,the NO production is the least.Under the action of rare earth tailings catalyst,the NO production of semi-coke is reduced.Based on the oxygen consumption during the combustion of the semi-coke and the experimental results of the NO reduced by CO from the Bayan Obo rare earth tailings,the mechanisms for the reduction in the NO production during the semi-coke combustion are analyzed.The results show that the addition of Bayan Obo rare earth tailings additives strengthens the effects of CO in terms of the NO production,which improves the removal efficiency of the nitrogen oxides during the combustion of the semi-coke.
