摘  要:骨性关节炎是中老年人常见的慢性、退行性骨关节疾病。随着我国人口老龄化的到来,其发病率也在逐年攀升,其膝部疼痛更是大多数中老年人的常见症状,对其的工作和生活均会造成一定影响。目前,西医临床治疗该病以对症治疗为主,不良反应较多且疗效欠佳,而中医药的治疗较其有独特优势。但因学派众多,证型分类不明确,故方剂的选择和使用上缺乏精准性,本文针对骨性关节炎从中医病因分析入手,细化分型,总结临床症状及用方原则,以期可以结合临床更合理的使用方剂,因人而异精准用药,提高诊疗水平。Osteoarthritis is a typical chronic degenerative bone and joint disease among middle-aged and older adults.With the arrival of the aging population in China,its incidence rate also increases year by year.Among them,knee pain is a common symptom of most middle-aged and older adults,which will have particular influence on their work and life.At present,western medicine treatment of the disease is mainly symptomatic treatment,with many adverse reactions and poor efficacy,while traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages over western medicine treatment.However,due to numerous schools of thought and unclear classification of syndrome types,the selection and use of prescription are lack accuracy.This paper starts with the analysis of the etiology of traditional Chinese medicine for osteoarthritis,refines the classification,summarizes the clinical symptoms and prescription principles,in the hope of using the prescription more rationally in combination with clinical practice,accurate medication varies from person to person,and improving the diagnosis and treatment level.
