摘　　要：目的探讨专病护士参与的健康教育对门诊COPD患者吸入剂用药依从性及吸入技术的影响。方法2019年1月至12月,选取武汉市某三级甲等医院呼吸与危重症医学科门诊就诊的COPD患者为研究对象。通过抽签法确定,主院区门诊COPD患者220例为观察组,分院区患者228例为对照组,对照组实施门诊常规健康教育,观察组实施COPD专病护士参与的健康教育,包括门诊健康教育、居家期间健康教育及随访干预。结果观察组干预后1个月的吸入剂用药依从性、药物吸入技术的掌握(除咬紧、吸气)及生活质量改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论专病护士参与门诊COPD患者健康教育切实可行,有助于COPD患者提高吸入剂用药依从性及吸入药物使用技术,对改善其生活质量有一定帮助。Objective To explore the effect of health education participated by specialist nurses on inhalation compliance and inhalation techniques for outpatients with COPD.Methods From January to December 2019,COPD patients in the outpatient department of the department of respiratory and critical care medicine of a 3A-level hospital in Wuhan were selected as the research objects.It was determined by lottery that the outpatient COPD patients(n=220)in the main hospital area were in the observation group,and the patients(n=228)in the branch hospital area were in the control group.The control group was given regular health education in outpatient clinics,and the observation group was given health education with the participation of nurses specializing in COPD,including outpatient health education,health education at home,and follow-up intervention.Results The observation group's compliance with inhalation medication,mastery of drug inhalation techniques(except clenching and inhaling),and improvement in quality of life one month after the intervention were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible for nurses to participate in health education for COPD patients in outpatient clinics.It is helpful for COPD patients to improve their compliance with inhaled medication and inhaled medication use technology,and it is helpful to improve their quality of life as well.
